Malik gives directives for improving Karachi's security

KARACHI: Taking notice of the target killings in Karachi, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday, gave directives to improve security and restore peace in the city.
Malik spoke to the DG Rangers, giving directives to improve the security situation and told him that anyone violating the law must immediately be arrested. He said that security patrols must increase in areas where violence was prevailing and also asked the political parties and factions to remain calm and patient.
